The Coastguard is a popular pub with a separate restaurant area serving some of the best food in the area. The views out over the White Cliffs are superb especially on a clear summer day when visitors can dine al fresco. The menu features plenty of fresh local fish and seafood such as baked Devilled crab or local cod in a tasty Hoegaarden batter.

Blakes 52 Castle Street (01304 202194) Situated in a mid 19^th century terrace house Blakes is really a restaurant come bar with the added appeal of comfortable accommodation too if required. The menu here features delights such as freshly cooked local fish and a range of chef’s specials including plenty of exciting options for vegetarians.

Wallet’s Court West Cliffe, St Margarets at Cliff (01304 852424)
Wallet’s Court is a hotel featuring 16 guest rooms and an excellent restaurant. The building is Medieval so gives the dining room a great setting with exposed wooden beams, open fires and bare brick walls. Equally as traditional as the décor is the classic English fare featuring something for everyone.

Millers in a down to earth restaurant with a specialist family orientated area so the whole family can enjoy a meal here. Its menu is full of favourites such as steaks, pizza and pies at good value prices and its central Dover location means it’s easy to find too.
